This Privacy Policy applies only to information submitted and collected through your installation and use of the ReportNOW/Website ("Application") provided by Tera Age ("We/us/our"). By submitting your personal identifiable information, you agree to the following Privacy Policy.

• In order to carrying on our business including sale, provision, registration and advertisements of our related products and service, you agree that we may collect your personal information (i.e. mobile telephone number, e-mail address and your name) for verification, contact and identification purposes. You agree to:
  • provide true, accurate, current and complete personal information about yourself; and

  • update the foregoing information from time to time. We may suspend or terminate your account or refuse your access to the Application or any of its services without notice if we suspect that you have breached this provision.

• We may also collect information about you from other organizations including general business directories and credit information or reference bureau necessary to establish and support of any services being requested by you.

• This Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time, we reserve the right to amend our Privacy Policy at any time and your use of the Application following the posting of such change to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of any such changes.

• We do not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with us under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help us communicate with you about offers from us and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

  • We transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, we will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

• We would automatically track your location information basing upon your behaviour on our Application. We use this information to manage time and attendance or to control the device lock (e.g. Door Lock).
• We undertake practical and reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, disclosure, misuse or processing, or from alteration, destruction or loss. We shall store your personal information collected (if any) in an encrypted archive which reside on servers operated by us or our service providers and is accessible only to personnel who, by virtue of their duties, are required to have access and have been trained in, and tasked with, the observance of the principles embodied in this Privacy Policy.

• At times it may be necessary and/or prudent for us to transfer certain personal data to other group companies or service providers outside of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”). This may happen if our servers or suppliers and service providers are based outside of Hong Kong. We will take steps to ensure that your personal information is used by such third parties in accordance with this policy.
• If you wish to contact us directly, please e-mail us at enquiry@terage.com. All information, other than the personal information that you send through this email, will not be considered or treated as confidential information. Do not send us through this e-mail any information, ideas, suggestions, proposals or comments that you consider confidential or that you want to be treated as confidential.
• As your use of the Application will consume Internet connection and incur network data transmission fees, please beware of your network consumption and the network data transmission fees being charged by your network service provider. Please contact your network service provider for any queries.
• Your installation and use of the Application will occupy certain storage capacity of your device. Therefore, please maintain sufficient storage capacity in your device at all times.
• Your personal information will be processed as follows: If you do not wish our retention and/or use of your personal information at any time after submission, please e-mail us at enquiry@terage.com. We shall immediately cease to use your personal information and terminate your use of the Application, where applicable. Your personal information (if any) will be removed from our archive fourteen (14) days after we receive your above notification.
• If any part of this Privacy Policy shall be deemed unlawful or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from this Privacy Policy and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provision of this Privacy Policy.
• This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
• If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
